1. Meet the boat at the ramp at least 10 minutes before departure time.
   **Make sure to arrive early or on time as we depart on schedule to maximize time in water and assure we are in and our before windy conditions start to take effect.**

2. Please check in at the BLUE ONE OCEAN DIVING KIOSK prior to boarding the boat!

3. Wait for the boat to arrive if you do not see it in front of the fish scale.

4. If INTERNATIONAL please provide email address that you regularly check when booking so we can contact you!

CANCELATION POLICY: Full refund only if you call and directly talk to a One Ocean Diving staff member to cancel at least 24 HOURS prior to your departure time.

All trips are subject to change due to weather. You will be 100% refunded if we need to reschedule due to weather or you will given priority on re-booking. Money back guarantee you will see sharks and turtles on the pelagic and honu tour. 

If you are NOT contacted about a cancellation expect your charter to run and please arrive on time!
